Likely somewhere around 14-18 MPG.

Auto or manual? Mine is an auto with same tire size as yours, and I average 15-16 mpg all around. Absolute best was 19, worst was 12 (towing a trailer).

Theres a number of threads on this and it does vary somewhat, but it seems like coednaked is right. On my 90 model, 30" tires geared for 28", auto tranny 4x4, I get around 15 to 16 avg. with 80% interstate and 20% in city. If I drive with ect on then its on the low side. If I drive ect off, very easy on the gas, no speed greater that 65 (corrected) on the interstate, no cruise control (just let speed drop while holding steady pedal) I get at best 18.5 mpg. or 278 miles to 15 gallons of gas. This is all corrected by 7% to compensate for the larger tires with 28" gearing. This throws the speedo and odo off some.
