Gas gauge broke
ok after i replaced a few bulbs in my gauges, my gas and engine temp gauges dont work, they dont even move.... could it be its nit plugged in all the way or is something broke, i hope not and if so do i have to buy another one?

if i buy one on ebay, which ones will fit? will a tacoma, they look the same. if someone had one laying around that would fit i might buy it, i cant drive around wiht no gas gauge.

i would take apart your dash again and try to see if you unplugged anything first. I do stuff like that all the time with dash work..speaking of which i need bulbs BADLY in my dash...ill put them in after my quaters are fixed

i haven't taken apart my dash, so i don't know if this is possible.. when you get everything back apart, try putting the ignition in the "on" position to see if it works before you put it all back together

thx for ur help, i did have it apart so i could put some blue bubls in and 1 was out, i only have the standard gauge set, so my speedo was half lit cuz there is only 2 bulbs that light it up, i have the factory service manual for a 93 and mine is a 91, and i looked online and found that 89-92 dashs are smae but in 93 the went to a diffrent type, although the diagrams look the same so i will do some testing with a voltmeter
