There is an access, but only to disconnect the line, you have to drop the tank, and may end up having to replace some lines.. (they are kinda cheap, but there are 4 of them which may break..) PS, I have a photo copy of the dealer page showing the lines.. I would undo the access cover and soak the line in PB blaster reall good! Make sure you buy a new tank O-ring and filter sock.
