fuel pressure not maintained after shut off

Ok so the had a rough idle on my 98 runner and did all the typical stuff cleaned the maf, iac, wires, and plugs. Still nothing so i replace all the injectors and a coil pack and success it runs great. But now on start up after awhile of sitting it seems to loose fuel pressure in the fuel rail and takes some time to start like it has to recharge the rail. Like the fuel is bleeding back to the tank. Any suggestions on what I might if missed when I put it back together?
Thanks
Eric

i have the same problem with my 4 cylinder tacoma. haven't fixed it yet. try priming it first by cycling the key on and off about 3 times to get some fuel into the rail
