Front passenger break locks up on ice and won't release
I noticed this the other day when driving at slow speed (thankfully). I would either come to a stop or slow way down, and the front passenger break would lock up and drag. This inturn causes the 4Runner to pivot around that wheel. Last night it locked up on a road covered in ice, and when the ice ended, you could hear the tire being drug on the pavement. Eventualy it will release and I can continue driving. I know the rotors are warped slightly, but I wouldn't think they would be that bad. Any Ideas?

Well, shoot. I had a feeling it was the caliper. I got home and started reading through the Haynes book, and it seems to be the most logical culprit. I guess it is time to upgrade.

Does anybody have any input on replacing just one caliper as apposed to two? I wouldn't think it would be a problem. I will probably go down to the local salvage yard and pick up the parts.
