friggin A these things are big...

well, 3 of my 4 tires arrived today - the other one should be here tomorrow. Took a break from work and went home to check them out. THEY ARE FRIGGIN HUGE! All of a sudden I'm much more concerned about fitting/rubbing than I was a few hours ago. Here are some preliminary pics (click for bigger images)...

And a very rough comparison to my 32/11.5-15 Dueler ATs

Talking Look awesome

So you'll rub, you'll look dang good doing it! Those puppies are beefy! Looking good Jackson! If worse comes to worse just trim back the back edge of the front fenders a tad like schaefer did to fit 35s. The rear won't be a problem I imagine at all.

I'd go with the 2" RB body lift to get the max width of the tire up out the wheel well more too. That extra inch will make a lot of difference in that regard IMO.

So those will fit w/o any more lift?

Are you going to put on a body lift or anythign...those things are huge!

Don't you just have OME all-around? What is the size of those new tires?

Well... I can mount them on the rims then I should be able to just barely squeeze them on without any problems. But as soon as I hit a bump or turn, they'll rub like me watching a brittany spears video! I need new upper a-arms and a body lift, plus some quality time with a big friggin hammer to eliminate all the rubbing.

Those will change the whole appearance of your rig dude, not that it didn't look awesome already! Take a grinder to those pinch welds and just get them flush and then weld it back up rather than using the "mer". But when you use your grinder, wear some safety glasses unlike a certain for now one eyed idiot I know...

I have a set of 31" 10.5 pirelli scorpion AT and I rub only when going over huge ruts fast. When I'm wheeling, though I have never rubbed.

To everyone who has asked about size...

33/12.5-15s... and they are every bit of 33"

those things are never going to fit unless you have a body lift. A 2 inch lift isn't that much.

I run 33x12.50x15 BFG/MT with about 2.5" of suspension lift and yeah, they rub like hell on sharp turns and full compression, but I only have to suffer until I get my 6" Trailmaster installed!!!

its not going to be that bad. i love how everyone is saying its going to be so bad and no one is running 33x1250s except Gene!

trim here, grind there, and youre good to go!

they wont be as tall when the vehicle's weight is sitting on them. also, a 33 MT always looks taller than a 33 AT, so add that into your equation.

mount em, fit em, wheel em.

oh, my vote is for nothing more than a 1.5" body lift...anymore and you might not like the gap in the front and in your sliders. my 1" body lift made a 1/2" gap FYI.

Yea... I'm really hoping a 1" BL will be enough. When I have a chance, I'm going to get one mounted on my spare rim and do a test fit and see how bad the rubbing is.

Yea... I'm not all that worried about it. The apparent size difference was kind of shocking at first... but once it settled in and I got looking at them and the clearance I have now, I don't think it's going to be that big of a deal.

I want to get the ATS arms and get them mounted... then go down to my Dad's. He's got a bunch of land, and a spot where I can really flex out. It would be a good chance for me to play around and see exactly where and when I rub. This picture was taken at one of those spots...
