flywheels 3.4L

I am looking to replace my flywheel on my 96 s'charged 4runner and i was wondering if they made a lightened fly wheel for it or would it even be worth getting a lightened flywheel. so if anyone knows where i can find one or if it is even worth the thought please leave your thoughts and suggestions.
thanks
brian
