Quick Question Please Look
Does anybody know how to take off the trim next to the door on the outside of the truck that says "4Runner"?

I have a similar piece on my 86 extra cab. On mine , you have to pull out the bottom first(it's a snap in fit),then push straight up to get it off two other clips. Not sure if yours is the same.

On the 4Runner, push the bottom of the plastic forward to release the bottom clip (it slides out). Then pull down hard and lift at the bottom to release the two clips in the center. Then the hard part is the two top clips. They release by pushing the trim upwards, but the drip edge on the cab won't let it go high enough to slide out. So likely need to reach up with a screwdriver or trim tool and pop the plastic clips free (they'll probably snap off).

Thanks for the answers, got it off.
I am working on plans for a cb antenna mount and I'm thinking of going through the trim. I plan on making it look OEM and hardly noticable without the antenna.
