You could have gotten the ticket... that's bad
As far as engine, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. 4Runners are put through way more abuse than that and still run flawlessly!

can't be easy on anything, your tires are prob. not rated to go that fast, but most importantly... IT'S NOT GOOD FOR YOU AND OTHER DRIVERS!!! High speed MVAs are nightmares, just think of the other people you could so easily kill, slow it down friend.

A few years ago I took my Taco 2.4L for a lonely drove on long stretch of California highway 395. No one else was on the highway. I got 112mph. Didn't like the sheet metal in the hood bending in the wind. Still had a 1/3 of the pedal to go. No mods just stock x-tra cab with 5 speed.

I hate to see what kind of air dam you will need to take the air from going under you.
I would suggest a a wing from a pipper cub to keep the rear end down.
My very former '93 T-bird had a stall setup. When you reached 90 or so the engine would turn off. That's right! Then engine would turn off. Made braking and steering a little heard without the power. Armstrong steering.

my governor on my 97 kicks in at about 104-106. But anyway, ITS A 4RUNNER... It's not made for high speeds. Yeah it can handle it without breaking, but at those speeds, brakes are just about useless, adding to all the dangers. The suspension is not made for high speeds and maneuvering.
Plus, you probably just wasted about a half a tank of gas going that fast. I used to cruise around 85mph on interstate, and now that i've cut it down to 70-75, I have noticed a significant increase in mpg.
And i know my BF Goody T/A's don't like high speeds. No truck tires do. Slow down!
