I want to install a clean looking outside temperature gauge. I want it to be 12v powered. i would like it to be illuminated when i turn my lights on which will not be hard to wire. i do not want those type r ones sold at pepboys or a little one thats battery or cigarette outlet powered. anyone have any awesome ideas?

I was looking at some temperature displays for CPU's but i dont know if the probe will be good enough for the elements........

I have been wanting do do that for quite some time as well. I have found them on eBay just like the one he is using on 4runner.org I just havn't been real excited ordering it from overseas and not knowing what kind of quality it would be. Looks like I just need to do it....
