Exhaust leak....weld or get new gaskets?
I've got he trd headers and trd catback exhaust., only lately i've been hearing a gurgle coming from underneath the 4runner. I checked it out and there's a huge black spot around the header and catback connection. This is the second time it's happened. First time replaced the gasket, but now it happened again. Should I replace the gaskets and have someone try to bend the pipes to fit flush? or should i just have it welded and fogetaboutit? any suggestions would be great.

Welcome to the wonderful world of headers,
I would'nt weld it.
If you have to do any work done under your runner and need to have your exhaust "dropped" it will need to be cut and re-welded.
It should only take a few min. to replace the collector gasket. It a PITA but thats life with Headers.
