EXHAUST: 4cyl. glasspack (corey please read)

Hey guys, I got my digital camera, so have a pic of my 2.25" exhaust with cherry bomb attached. I also have a video that is 1.39mb with inside driving, outside driving, and a brief revving engine clip, it's 0:50 long but I have no way of hosting it. So if anyone can host it, or if I can just mail it to you corey for your exhaust page?

I want to here it, hurry up. I forgot how good they sound.

I just picked it up from checkers. It was $20. The rest of the exhaust was $120 at midas.

hey, that's cool. so i take it they're legal in colorado? i've been thinking of putting one on when the exhaust in my '89 goes out, but i was worried it might be too loud.

I've not had any problems with it. I see cops all the time drive next to them, drive in front of them. behind them, even when I got my speeding ticket with the cop standing on the street corner he made no mention of the exhaust. Actually, I really don't think they're that loud on toyotas, as compared to if they were on a honda, or v8's. V8's are naturally loud, and hondas are higher revving engines.

I do keep setting off my neighbors car alarm down the street, but he has it too sensitive anyway, and its only at between certain low rpms. And I don't have a problem creeping around my neighborhood late at night.

You said on your 89, so it the 22re? If its the 6 I don't know how loud it would be, I know 96 runner uses it on his 6 though.

They charged you $120 to install it?

Or was that for custom 2.25" piping too?

If you guys want to hear mine (on the V6), click on my sig. I think they sound great.

It was for piping from the cat back. I know, it seemed steep compared to everyone here, but it was actually the cheapest I could find within reasonable driving distance.

Ok I have one video up. I couldn't get the free website through breezey setup, so I did this one... Only thing is they don't let you upload more than a 750kb file until your account is a week old... So here is a teaser:

http://www.freewebs.com/playswithtoys/quickexh.WMV

EDIT: PLEASE IF SOMEONE COULD REPLY SOON: I don't know if this video is working for everyone, my friends couldn't get it to work, someone please reply if it does or does not work.

The cover of darkness eh?
Embarrased of your rig are ya?

It actually sounds pretty darn good. Almost too ricey, but not quite.

Lol, it was the only time I had that I had a friend with me. I like my truck, even if it comes in 5 colors.

It does seem a little ricey to me, especially in one of the other clips, but I've gotten compliments on it. Just the other day pulling into work, a construction worker in the parking lot told me it was the best sounding toyota he's heard in a long time.

Glad the video works though.

Too loud, but then again I like things quiet

The good thing is it doesn't seem to have that irritating rasp some of these ricers have.

As long as you enjoy it, and the cops dont pull you over or the neighbours throw rocks at you

Hey guys, here's the full length video, best to right click/save as:

http://www.freewebs.com/playswithtoys/4bangermuz.WMV

I do have music in the background, but I tried to keep it low but also give the video a more uniform feeling.
