Electrical Problem

I recently disassembled my truck's wiring harness and computer system, so that I could make some repairs to the Interrior cage. After reinstallation evrything in the truck, it would not start, I have had the Computer and the igniter tested and they are both Fine, I have replaced the Coil, plugwires and have had no luck figuring out what is wrong. The truck will turn over and it is getting fuel just no spark, Could there ba a fuse or a relay some where that i do not no about. does any body have any suggestions.

1990 Toyota 4x4 V6 3vze motor, fuel injected.

Try the "search" feature of this site and maybe look around for the FSM that you can download to help troubleshoot the problem is probally the best advice that anyone here can give you because your issue is a bit too generalized and could be anything at this point without having first conducted some step by step diagnosis.
