I wonder...could you do that throttle trick with an EFI? Because it looks wicked cool and I would love to do it to mine....

Why not?
It just operates the cable for the throttlebody. I would think most TB's for the Toys are similar (cable operated that is) We aren't to the "throttle by wire" yet with our old iron.
