Edelbrock twin-tube vs. monotube IAS shocks?

Does anyone know how the twin-tube version performs? Based on the price (I've seen under $30 for the twin-tubes) I assume all the discussions on this board are about the monotube "performers" (~$70).

If no one has used them, can anyone speculate what the performance difference might be? Both have the IAS valve.
