Im not positive, ( Havent looked yet), but there might be more fuses behind the glovebox if you havent looked there yet. Driver side panel, under hood, and behind glove box I believe. Still sounds like a fuse with the dash and driving lights out. If you have any aux. lights wired into your stock lights check to make sure that nothing came loose there. Another Idea would be to get out the voltmeter and check to see if you are getting power to these lights. If no power, fuse still an option. If has power then, light itself is probably bad.

In addition to tysons suggestion. I would re-check the fuse to the left headlight again. You might have a short somewhere in the system that is blowing the fuses as fas as you are putting them in.

Well... at least we know the rear driving lights, parking lights, and dash work all together...(when mine went out I swear I checked the fuses, a few times too! A Day or two later I went back and found fuse #4 blown... )

You go through deep water lately? Done any work on your truck?
