Drivers windshield wiper won't work...
Had some ice the other day and thought it had melted enough to use the wipers to wipe off the slushy ice....turns out the drivers side one was still frozen in the ice. Turn them on now and only the passenger one works, not really sure where to start diagnosing the problem here, any ideas?

Hopefully a picture is worth a thousand words. I think the center linkage has come unstuck on you. Good luck, that can be a bear of a problem when it's cold out. I remember the cuts and bruises from trying to reattach my wiper motor through it's mounting hole (without taking the cowl off).
A sure sign of this is if the driver's side wiper can be moved by hand with the motor off. But then again, it might be all jammed up in there and not move by hand.
There is no way this is an electrical problem if the passenger side works and the driver's doesn't.
