Downey lift on a 91

Hey I have been thinking and thought that my 4inch susp. is not high enough. I have seen the 3inch body lifts on Runners and dont like the look. So I was wondering about what all is involved in the Downey 2inch coil lift. I heard it is a matter of putting in the 2inch coil spacers and having stiff front shocks/soft rear shocks. True? And if that is the case do I need to extend the brake line brackets more? Help me man!

What will it take? I dont like jakking up the torsion bars being its such a rough ride. Is there a torsion bar drop box for 91 toys?
