Are Downey Headers Direct Bolt On?

Any takers? are the Downey headers for the 3.0's direct bolt on? Like jack up the truck and go at it, not welding no fab needed?

Thanks for any input

Mike

Could you define "fab"? All kidding aside, I've heard that you need to grind off some of the mounting flange to clear a part of the engine or a sensor or something. I don't have them (yet), so I don't know first hand.
