Mine is really close to looking like that. I don't dare touch it, or it will rip.

I had to replace mine...$65 down the drain. At least it's not $100 like the one on my step-mom's LC.

if the current tear is all that is there, its fine... if that looks to be a crack leading off the tear into the hosey part, then replace it...

I got one on my parts truck I'll sell ya for the low low price of 64.95$. I'll even include free shipping in the lower 48 except florida. I'm punishing you all for causing me all sorts of hell at work with the "I don't have a electricity so lets order a million generators and next day air them to florida and cause me to move all of them in one night at UPS because you all can't think to order them before hand." J/k I used to live in florida I know how it works.

I wouldn't worry about it till it leaks. But if your at the junkyard sometime and happen to remember (I always forget about little stuff) I would look for one.

That seems to be very common. When mine went i used it as motivation to do the ISR mod.
That is probably leaking air in ever so slightly.

um guys I have a FIPK so I already have the ISR mod...lol

That's the rubber hose that connects the TB to the hard plastic tube that replaced the old silencer box. I hope that part isn't 65 bux! :S

I would have to replace that. Even if it isn't urgent it would bug me till I finally did something about it.

i had the same size tear on the hose that connects directly to the throttle body....

the dealer here taped it up with some kind of black tape and sent me on my way.... didn't even charge me for it....
