Hi guys,

So to give you an example, the current temp outside is 0 degrees Frnht.

I want to warm my car up while I'm inside my house getting ready to leave. The issue is when I start my car and open the door and lock the doors, the car automatically unlocks them. Now that's great to be thinking of me and everything, but I want to be able to be in the house with the doors locked and the engine running.

is there a way I can bypass this?

Maybe by using a spare key to lock the doors from the outside after you start it up. I'll check in the morning when I warm up my rig. I'd like to do that too...some new drugies moved into a rental house up the street...Yay for me...

Just gave it a try...Start up rig, Close door, Use a spare key to lock by turning key to the left in the lock on the outside of drivers door. Now loosers can't just hop in and take off....
