Does 7M Supra swap require a body lift?

Hi everyone,

Well, I've searched and searched and can't seem to find if a 7mgte swap would require or benifit from a body lift (say 1"-2")? I appreciate any feedback.

thanks and take care,

Jason G in Amarillo, Tx

BL? Not that I'm aware of. The 3.4 supposedly does, but we'll see if that hold any water. I think the 7M requires removal of the crossbrace at the radiator to shoehorn it in.

No, the 7mGTE doesn't require a BL. YES, the crossbrace removal is beneficial.

Well, thanks. I wasn't sure, only that I had noticed the "supracharged" guy had done a 2" body lift (I suppose unrelated to the engine swap).

take care,
