Do all Highlanders have the shadow chrome insignia?
Do all '99 Highlanders / Sports have the shadow chrome Toyota / SR5 / 4wd insignia?
If so, does anyone have the part numbers for these pieces?

Like X said, the black pearls were an option. I purchased the black pearl emblem kit from toyota 2 years ago and swapped out my silver emblems for them.
Toyota has since dicontinued the bp emblem kit. However, you can still purchase a few of the bp emblems individually from the dealer, but they only offer 2 or 3 or the total 7 emblems you would need. The remainder of the bp emblems were discontinued.
