Different Rancho Shocks for L and R rear?
Does anyone have an idea why Rancho has spec'ed 2 different shocks for the Tacoma left and right rear? page 42 http://www.gorancho.com/products/app...005_shocks.pdf
I didn't see any other trucks spec'ed that way, including pre-Tacoma pickups...

I think I may have found the answer ... http://www.off-road.com/toyota/tech/donahoe_tacoma/
"...Also notice that in both pairs of shocks, one is slightly longer than the other. This is because the shocks are mounted on opposite sides of the axle-housing to help fight spring-wrap (wheel hop). Make sure to install the longer shock on the passenger-side."
Does this sound like the right answer chaps?
