Deltaflow 50 muffler folks...heat shield
All,
Just found out you can get a nice Flowmaster heat shield to go on the Deltaflow 50 SUV mufler. It evidently reduces interior noise/resonance as well as reducing temps ....
Any of you guys with Deltflows using one ?
David

As of Thursday, the 2.25" DeltaFlow 50 Series FlowMaster will be history- I'm real tired of not being able to hear the 180 watt per channel MTX system
seriously- it's outta here. After 2 years of listening to it, I'm gonna dump it for a Magna Flow to try and mellow out the exhaust some. With a 22RE and LC Eng header, the noise level was annoying, especially when using the tube doors. I also enjoy seeing wildlife when puttin' around in the woods, and I've not seen many deer or elk when driving the rig in the last 2 years.
We do have a 70 series on my wifes Yukon, and it's very mellow-
good luck!
