decisions, decisions....time for some rims

I've been looking for rims for a while now and havent really found anything yet worth buying. I really would like a black chrome/PVD rim to match my exhaust tips, but so far I'm coming up empty. What are some of your favorite black or gun metal rims. Pictures are much appreciated

Not sure about the backspacing working on a '99, but i like some of the 2005/2006 Tacoma/4runner dark silver rims.

Double werd. Those beadlocks are so hard. Plus, it's pretty unique on this board. Here's my favorite wheel:

rocket is right - you may get more interest in and input about that style of wheel at toyota-4runner.org. It looks like the smallest size the 318 comes in is 17x8, so you'll need to buy some new 17" rubber [which will be more expensive than the same rubber in 16"].

Excuse my ignorance, but what does PVD stand for?

PVD:

Personal Vortex Device?
Postively Vertical Differential?

Plasma Vapor Deposition? Yeah, that's it. It's a method for applying thin (as in a few atoms), but very durable coatings. It's how PIAA makes their "Ion" lights, too.
