But who is printing decals for 4Runner of Nothern CA stickers? I need to get a set ...

Not a stupid question, just one without an answer.
David (MadChemist) up in WA has some "national" ones mentioned somewhere. Search for 4ROC decals or something like that.
Neither NorCal nor Cal has designed/implemented a state specific one.
Either that or I've *really* pissed everyone off, and noone will admit it!
