Dealership "Maintenance Club" Offer

Dealership "Maintenance Club" Offer
My local dealership is offering memberships in their "Total Car Care" Club (see below). Basically if you own a 2003 and older Toyota, you pay $250 for a membership and you get a number of maintenance items at discount or included in the cost -- up to $500 worth.
This comes at an interesting time for me since I am about to have my tires balanced (local tire place just cant get done). Anyways, depending if I can use this $500 credit toward the maintanence items multiple times (specifically the rotating/balancing and alignment), then it may be worth it. I figure to need ~4 rotations and balancing, and an alignment this year. Thoughts?
I will find out more details this weekend....

R&H TOYOTA CAR CARE CLUB - For vehicles built between 1986 and 2004
R&H Toyota is pleased to announce an innovative program designed to significantly reduce the cost for repairs and maintenance of older vehicles. Sophisticated electronics and computer technology has made diagnosis and repairs of today’s vehicles very complex and thus, more costly for the consumer. State-of-the-art diagnosis and repairs requires specialized training for technicians and the purchase of expensive diagnostic instrumentation and specialized tools. Inevitably, these costs are passed on to the customer in form of higher labor rates. This, obviously, is unfair to those individuals who own oldeR & H Toyota less sophisticated automobiles.
In an attempt to correct this inequity, we have created the R&H Toyota Car Care Club for owners of 1986-2001 Toyota automobiles.
Membership in the R&H Toyota Car Care Club will give you following benefits:
15% discount on parts & labor (not to be used with other coupons/discounts)
Discounted rental car rates starting at a low rate of $19.95
Front-end alignment (Valued $129.95)
Tire rotation (Valued $24.95)
Wheel balance (Valued $59.95)
27 point inspection (Valued $34.95)
Semi-annual oil and filter change (Valued $69.90)
Car wash, as often as once a week, weather permitting and by appointment
Genuine Toyota parts
Toyota factory trained technicians
Very competitive labor and parts prices
Joining the R&H Toyota Car Care Club requires payment of $249.95 for a one-year membership, providing you with a value in excess of $500.00. In fact, the front-end alignments alone will more than pay for the membership fee. This special membership is a limited time offer.

My 4Runner is due for some major work soon; I keep it as nice as I can cosmetically but there's no way I have the mechanic abilities or time to do even half the stuff that needs to be done to it. Sounds like a good deal to me.
EDIT:
Wait, I just reread your post in my Ritalin'ed out state and have a couple questions...
First, what year cars are they saying this applies to? I see 1986-2001/2003/2004. Which is it?
Second, is this only available through your dealer, or through any?

Our dealership offered the same thing. It only worked for our dealership only. It flopped and it was canceled 5 months later. They are still trying to clean up after that mess with customers that bought it and are members.

2. This would only be good at my local dealer. We plan to be in the area at least for the next year, so no problem there.
