Dash wiring...
Took the fascia off in the center console that allows access to the radio to change some wiring in the radio harness, but when I put it all together the clock didn’t work!
When I was unplugging the wires going to the top of the fascia I didn't bother labeling them as I noticed every one had unique color or size and would not go back the wrong way.
Well when the clock didn't come on and I went back to look at all the wiring and then I noticed there were *2* small black terminal holes and only 1 black small plug! (which fits both).
The one I had it plugged into had a horizontal orientation and a big white letter "J" next to it. So I naturally switched it to the other only possible place, the vertically oriented terminal. Clock came on, hazards work, ECT works, but now the rear defroster doesn’t light up and I don't hear a relay click!
What is missing here?
