dash lights, marker lights and taillights dont work

I have a single cab 94 Toyota P/U 4x4. Last night when I started my truck, my dash lights, marker lights and taillights werent working. When I push my brake, my dash lights come on, but they are dim. I checked my taillight, guage, and headlight fuses and they are all still good. Any ideas?

Weeellll, as I understand it, the tail lights, dash lights and marker lights have the headlight switch and the tail lights relay in common. The headlights have their own fuses, the tail light fuse and relay powers the tail and marker lights and all dash lights. The instrument cluster appears to have a fuse of it's own too. Can't tell from the diagram if it's redundant (i.e - in addition to the tail light fuse.)

The front marker lights, dash lights, and all rear lights have separate ground points, so that's unlikely to be the problem.

So I would have a close look at the tail light fuse and the tail light relay. Then get a diagram and test light and start checking the steering column harness to see what's going on with the headlight switch.
