CV joint shake/balance

Hello, everyone. 2001 Tacoma 4X4 here, 4 banger, 2.7L engine or so. I recently replaced my passenger differential seal, obviously having to remove the CV joint from the wheel and from the joint tulip. Since replacing the seal, I noticed that around 45 MPH, I get a little shake in the front end, which persists until about 50, and then goes away. Since I didn't change anything on the driver's side, I think it's coming from the passenger's side. I swapped the front passenger side tire with one of the rear ones, and it still shimmies a bit. And, I'll swap out the driver's side wheel with a rear wheel today, as well. I couldn't find any "way" to put on the CV that would cause a shimmy or shake. And the CV joint is pretty new, and makes no clicking noises. Any ideas? [Sorry I'm cutting this short, but my kid is waking up.]
