Crankshaft Pulley Seperated
Who has had the crankshaft pulley sperate on them? I went to go check the torque on the crankshaft pulley bolt due to a slight knocking noise from the engine. Now the inner part of the crankshaft spins where you put the 2 bolts in to hold the pulley.

I've seen a couple of them come apart. I've seen one Lexus where the entire outer part went bye-bye and the car got towed in. Get a price at the dealer and be prepared to get shocked. I think a junk yard is your best bet for replacement if no one on here or craigslist has one.

the world would be a terrible awful very bad place without ebay... my mothers 2000 cadillac had a radiator come apart at the joint between the core and plastic tank. the cheapest crappy aftermarket one at autozone was over 3 bills... I got an OEM Delphi replacement new in the box for 125 on ebay.

Yeah the link was for a 4 cylinder model and they are alot cheaper and is a smaller pulley, the 6 cyl has 3 drive belts off it. I definitely want a new one cause the rubber seemed to wear out. Thanks for looking around though.
