Are cranks ID'd when machined(-01,-02)

Are cranks ID'd when machined(-01,-02)

Does anyone knows if a crank is marked to specify what was taken when it was machined?

when i had my 22r crank ground to .010" (0.25mm) they just wrote ".010 .010" on the front counterweight with a sharpie

best way to tell is to use a micrometer. never assume anything!
