COR Location???

COR Location???
I have a 2001 Tacoma. It ran for about 10 miles and then just died. Would not automatically start back when tried. After an hour or so I tried to crank it and it started and ran for about 10 miles or 15 minutes and would just die. Now it will not start back at all. I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, EFI relays, and Starter relay. I checked the electrical connections and the fuel pump is getting power but the relay is not sending power to the fuel pump. I believe this to be a COR (circuit opening relay), but not for certain. I have searched the fuse box located on the drivers side under the steering column and the passenger side behind the glove box area. Does anyone else know where this may be so I can check the connection with the COR? Or give some insight to what maybe causing this issue?

How is power pump getting power if relay is not sending power to it?
Where is it getting its power? If it's getting power 12V on one side and still not working, did you check if it's getting ground on the other (-) terminal?

It is up behind the instrument panel at least on the 2000 if you could not find it I would guess it is still there.
No clue about the best way to get at it.
I was curious about if the relay not working how it got system voltage.
Could have The Tesla wireless Power transmission option ??
I heard it was stolen sometime before they got distracted and sent to Oak Ridge No more fun working on cloaking devices

No tesla power transmission option on the truck! I tested the file pump by hooking straight to the battery an it kicked on! The EFI Relays and connectors were tested with the ohm meter as well! So I was under the impression that the COR was bad!

According to my '99 FSM, the COR is under the steering column (just a few inches from your left knee). You'll need to remove that lower panel (3 bolts and one screw, I think) to get to it.

Problem still not corrected and the COR is no where to be found on the truck! No power coming back to the fuel pump plug! 12V hooked straight from battery to bypass the EFI Relay! Anyone else have by ideas?
