Toyota Shop Service Repair Manual and beyond

I purchased Mitchel On-Demand System for MOST imports from 83-02.
The software brakes down like a manual with search features, images and technical service manuals with maintenance cost.

That's right what a mechanic would charge you the devoted Yota customer.

The software also includes ODBII software to read codes from a desktop or laptop via serial connector to ODBII interface.

I bought it on Ebay for $21 and it works well.

Here's some screen shots of some 1995 Toyota hilux data

Here's the list of years and makes that are covered

Here's a screen shot of a ECM wire diagram of a 96 Tacoma
(you got to love this info when you do a swap)

Hmmm... Well, that's definitely a BOATLOAD better than the "manual on CD" which is a bunch of individual PDFs that you can't collectively search through.

I hit up eBay looking for "Mitchel On-Demand" (and various flavors) and didn't come up with anything. Can you give us a link to the auction you won so we can contact the seller to see about other copies?

Thanks!

Here's an example of a manauls for sale. It's for a 96 Yota 4runner (surf).
As I mentioned earlier the manual covers MOST imports from 83-'02.

Paypal stinks cause you can't set up for Canada easily!
I am not advocating copying but if you really need it.....

Paypal says the reciever is "unable to receive funds", whatever THAT means.
However Jamie, if I'm successful and actually get one, I WILL remember all of your past good advice and recent post

I went through and try to buy from them through buy now button....
I got this email from Ebay tonight...

The following listing:

2461410042 - 1990 TOYOTA 4RUNNER SERVICE REPAIR CD MANUAL

was removed because the intellectual property rights owner notified eBay that the listing
potentially infringes its copyright, trademark or other rights. Due to this claim, and the fact that the
feedback system is no longer available, we strongly urge you not to complete this transaction.

You can get more information on eBay's cooperation with intellectual property rights owners at:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/confidenc...s-vero-ov.html

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this issue.

Regards,

Customer Support (Trust and Safety Department)

Well, I just paid KrazCat45 by Paypal...
Maybe I'm getting the last one?
Then again, maybe I'll get stiffed
Either way, I'll let you all know!!

PS: When you look at the sample it's pretty clear that there is LARGE copyright infringment...proprietary data, logos, etc..

I also have this program and found it very useful. I would be more than willing to burn a copy for a small fee. I justify this because it is a wonderful tool and apparently it is not available anymore. Shoot me a PM and I will get it for you. Laters~Ray

I'd really really really like a copy of this program. Let me know if you can do this.

Thanks.

hah... don't hold your breath.

There are a couple of us here (myself included) that sent Rayday money, got "something" in the mail and are STILL trying to get him to get us the real stuff. I've been waiting since this thread was started, February 2004.

He sent out the data CD's and a couple of floppies (required to run) and one of the floppies is trash. Even though he continues to post on the board, he hasn't answered anyone's emails or private messages.
