Completely new exhaust syetem (pic heavy)

Well i finally got every thing together and now can replace my broken, rusted out, bad cat, bad sensor, exhaust. i will replace it with a brand new system. every piece will be new. Installed by retired Toyota head foreman who specialized it 4runners and Tacoma's. So if any of you are in RI I have the guy to go to. New Parts include the fallowing

Jardine cat back-surface treated and painted with VHT high heat ceramic paint.
Two Catco cats- surface treated painted with VHT High heat ceramic paint.
TRD headers- ceramic coated Satin black ( performance coatings ) High Heat (2000 degrees)
One denso afr sensor
One denso oxygen sensor
and a huge bag of gaskets, nuts, bolts, and springs.

Sweet! I have the same exhaust system (Jardine) and headers too. I still like how it sounds, even after a few years.

looks great, but get ready for that 2 bolt flange on the crossover pipe to start leaking - TuRd headers are notoriously problamatic at that point - but look dam fine installed.

I ordered the cat back and sensors from URD.
ordered the cats from a company called race pages
got the headers off ebay and performance coatings coated them.
total cost 1500 give or take.
I heard the headers leak at that point, do to the graphite impregnate paper gasket and the angle they are bolted at. I plan on making a custom copper crush gasket to fit it nice and snugg.
I have a Cali emission truck so two cats. RI is getting very very strict about emission though. I have a speed6 and wanted to put a race pipe on it and know one would touch it not one dealer or local garage,I had to send it back to the company where I got from.
