Color matched bug deflector

Anyone know where to get color matched bug deflectors?? I've seen several people with them, but never saw a place that sold them.

Buy a clear one. Have a body shop spray the BACK of it to match your paint color. Paint only the back so that nothing will fly up and put a chip in it.

Wa-la, color keyed bug guard.

GT Styling (GTS) was the only company I know of that made a clear. I have their clear blue. They went out of business...anybody know who else makes clear guards? I have a small crack starting....I know Lee (from ODW) painted his on the outside. But then, he's a painter. Painting inside a clear guard is a good idea though.

I will try to find out who still makes a clear one. I got the idea from my brother who is a painter in a bodyshop. He has done quite a few this way.

If you have a silver truck get the 3-D carbon fiber like Jason B (and me). It looks pretty darn good if I say so myself.

I sanded and primed my black bug deflector and painted it myself with import paint from Pep Boys. It looks great!

I'm sure Jason doesn't mind a link to his page and truck

TRD sticker is optional
