Well I put in the clutch I got from Marlin Crawler today. For info its a 1200 lb HD unit. Stock is 884 lbs. I was going to post a pic of the new clutch next to the old one but they are actually identical with the exception of the springs in the middle of the clutch disk. On the stock disk it has 4 springs and inside 2 are smaller springs while the other 2 springs have small weights in them. The Marlin clutch has double springs in all 4 locations.

How does it work? Wonderful. It was well worth the several hours of work. I have to warn everyone that an R150F with transfer is unbelievably heavy. Put your jack at the furthest back point you can - over half the weight is in the transfer case. I didn't drop my exhaust like the manual described but I did disconnect the sway bar from the frame.

Stock for the 3vz/R150F set up not for the 5vz/R150F at least in the T100. That's where the "HD" and "NOT HD" comes in to play.

I replaced my clutch back in January, man that is one heavy mother of a tranny!! I had a Borg-Warner 5-Speed in my '86 Mustang that I could pick up with one hand so I thought this Yota tranny couldn't be too heavy. I was proven very wrong. I didn't drop my exhaust either, just disconected the sway bar

The T5 is one of my favorite trannys to drop. I love that the tranny can be removed from the bellhousing to make it a smaller package to move around.

Jroc is right - this is the stock clutch for a T100 with the 3.0 v6. It even feels like a stock pedal but it grabs great. I can back up the incline of my driveway just by letting out the clutch - no gas pedal needed at all.
