Cloudy Clear Corners

I got clear corners and clear bumper lenses 3-4 years ago from PP. The clear bumper lenses look brand new, but the corners look cloudy. The cloudiness is not in the form of scratches on the exterior (protected by brushguard), but something going on from the inside. Is there anything I can do for this? I haven't taken them off yet to check them out. They've been like this for about a year.

doink,

Thanks for the idea. I hadn't thought of that. Those things couldn't possibly leak, right?

cebby-

it could just be whenever you put them on some moisture got trapped in there (if thats the case). as far as cleaning them out, im not sure what you could use, just be sure to let them dry completely.

You never know with aftermarket stuff...leaks are possible. If you have a compressor, take the lens off and shoot some air inside. see what happens. If nothing, could be a 'bad' plastic and just turned cloudy. Nothing you can do about it. My Burtman clears are still that...clear. Good luck.

We'll see what happens

Thanks for the advice everyone. I'll be tearing them out tonight or tomorrow to see what I can do with them. Maybe I need to contact Jason and see what he has for my 2nd Gen...
