Check Engine Light
My check engine light on my 94 pickup came on a while ago. So I took it into the toyota dealer today to have them scan it. I just got it back and they said there was no "specific code". But the receipt says
Run Test Code 26
Air Fuel Ratio Rich Malfunction
Any idea on what needs to be replaced?

if your car is running rich it could be a lot of things. maybe your car is not going into closed loop or your maf is not working right it could be many things.....you said the dealer said that there was nothing wrong??

clean the maf and the 02 sensors reset the code and see if it appears.....or if you know how to test the sensors test them. Maybe someone can chime in on the right way of testing the maf and the 02 sensors....you could also get that laptop scanning tool the obddiagonstics....are you OBDII or before??

I know this might be late, but ditto with my '95 V6.
Unfortunately this site is correct more times than not. I am going with my air filter clean out although I have not had previous dirt and cleaning my MAF, although the books do not tell me that is the problem. We can only hope its not the oxygen sensor as they are pricey I believe

You'll have to use a jumper wire (paper clip) in two terminals in your diagnostic box (the little one next to your engine bay fuse box.
Terminals:
