Changing the shifter on a 99 2wd LTD?
I was wondering if this was possible??? I like the looks of the shifter on the 4wd models (like the one on my 99 Taco Pre-Runner) and was wondering if this would be an easy switch. Has anyone done this mod? I think the "T" shifter is rather ugly...any info appreciated!

My g/f has a straight shifter on her Taco(you know what Taco I'm talkin 'bout)and I have the T-shifter. I personally like the T-shifter. Maybe I'm just use to mine.

I have the LEVOC shifter in my '99. It's kinda styled like the Taco shifter. I got the carbon fiber/chrome, but I've seen it in plain black. Nice Japan quality and the OD has a nice click .
