Chained Tcase-repair/replace?

My t case sounds just bad in 4L (sounds like rattling) and grinds going into 4H while rolling... I looked into rebuilds on martincrawler, but it apparently isnt a thing.

sooo Im thinking maybe it's going to break soon and I should get that junk sorted asap.
Gear driven (as opposed to chain driven) cases seem like the more robust option.. ( i believe they are on the hilux, which is awesome.)

I have a R150F trans in there right now and I just bought it so im not that into replacing it.
soo. what does the hivemind think??? Is there a t case that I can get an adapter plate for my R150F and hook a geared t case up to it? what T case do I look for? will the driveshaft lengths be different and annoying?

I cant really seem to find alot of info on it. except this link:
http://www.marlincrawler.com/transfe...v6-drivetrains

is there a particular good case to get in there?
