Anyone know what this is and how to fix it? I have tried to find the code on the net with no luck.

Where did you look? Google is your friend!
http://www.wattora.com/mods/obdii/
P0120
(DI–179)
Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/
Switch ”A” Circuit Malfunction
Open or short in throttle position sensor circuit
Throttle position sensor
ECM
"The throttle position sensor is mounted in the throttle body and
detects the throttle valve opening angle. When the throttle valve
is fully closed, a voltage of approximately 0.3 – 1.0 V is applied
to terminal VTA of the ECM. The voltage applied to terminals
VTA of the ECM increases in proportion to the opening angle
of the throttle valve and becomes approximately 2.7 – 5.2 V
when the throttle valve is fully opened. The ECM judges the vehicle
driving conditions these signals input from terminals VTA
and uses them as one of the conditions to decide the air–fuel
ratio correction, power increase correction and fuel–cut control,
etc."

Thanks for the assistance in locating this. I googled it, but didn't find P120, found a bunch of other codes, but I was in a hurry since on my lunch break. I didn't know PO120 was the same either.
Now what do I do? Can I fix this myself?

That depends entirely upon your abilities.
You should visit the FSM at http://fsm.afraid.org/ and read the troublshooting info for that code, then decide if you have the tools and know how to diagnose and repair the problem.
