Cataylic Converter Rattle?

Cataylic Converter Rattle?
I have a '02 Tacoma x-cab TRD Prerunner w/ 32k miles on the odometer and for sometime a loud rattling has developed underneath it and its driving me nutz.
It appears to be coming from the cat that is located underneath the x-cab jumpseat. I know I'm not the only one noticing this phenomenon and wonder if any of you have any confirmed diagnosis/fix for this noise. Two different dealers have been to no avail and scratched their heads like Jane Goodall's apes. I've crawled under the truck and found no broken welds for rubbing metal parts. This only occurs during fwy drv'g. My exhaust systeme is stock. Solutions/suggestions welcome!

Only during freeway driving? So it's speed dependant and not RPM dependant? If so, check for anything attached to or adjacent to any drive-line or wheel parts.

It's probably a heat shield rattling, not the cat.
