Carb Settings
I have a 1985 FSM for my truck but can't figure out what my trucks factory settings are for the carb... My truck currently runs like crap, and I just want a baseline for tuning... There are 3 carb adjustment screws; I think: one is idle, one is mixture and the other is fast idle? How many turns are these supposed to be at? Any help is appreciated.... I know it wont run perfectly, I just want a little better than its running now, and the mixture screw that isn't supposed to be adjustable has been modified so it is now adjustable.... TIA

In FSM page FU 26 and 27 it describes the mixture screw setting. 31/2 turns out from al the way set i.e. tight Warning do not overtighten, can damage tip of screw. The rest of the Fuel System (FU) section details the carb. setting and adjustment.
