Can I have manual hubs on a 4R with ADD?

Sure you can. Just find a set of manual hubs from any '96-'94 IFS truck or 4Runner and bolt them up. You cannot use the hubs from '79-'85 solid axles as the spline count is different. You may also need to get the hub nuts (two each side) and lockwasher from the dealer, but those usually aren't too expensive.
Be aware that any shift-on-the-fly capabilities you have will be inoperative unless the hubs are locked. Toyota p/n's: Locknut: 43521-60011 Washer: 90215-42025 Gasket: 43422-60020

Kind-of a hijack- Is there anything wrong with leaving your manual hubs locked all of the time, druing daily driving? Just curious as to what effect it would have.

No different than having ADD. I wouldn't worry about it, I don't.

Sweet, cause I have random moments when I'll see something I'd like to drive over, and I need to be in 4wd, cause my tires are balder than
. The owners manual says to drive 10 miles a month with them locked to make sure everything is lubed.
