Odd as it sounds, I busted 1 leaf spring in the pack. (this truck never leaves the pavement or hauls anything heavier than coffee cups) It busted in half and took out the shock as well. I bought new shocks, but i dont want to replace them until i fix the leaf.

Its the 3rd leaf one down from the top.( last full length leaf). It cracked in half from the center pin. I am having a hell of a time trying to buy just one leaf. Or even buying 1 for each side. Anyone got any ideas where I might find single leaf's online.

Or does anyone know of other year/make/models that could be used to rebuild the pack

I have searched every local scrap yard. It seems as soon as a yota hits a bone yard, its reduced to its frame in days!!

p.s. Im hovering near 300k miles and Im trying to squeeze every last mile out of this truck. 22ish mpg w/ 3.4

just buy the spring packs off a similar year and model (ie ext. cab, double cab) that is in a Junk Yard. I know you said they are scarce, but check out www.car-part.com you should have no problems finding it here. Also if you pull the leafs yourself, you can take the shocks off the doner truck.
