Will a 96-98 model front bumper bolt up to my 99? I can't stand the way the bumper sticks out.

I'm not sure. I know there are some write ups about going to the newer bumped so you might want to check those out. You might be able to find someone that wants the newer styl bumper and just trade them for it.

the 99 and up brackets are a little diff but you can make it work

the bumper brackets are the same for 1996 all the way to 2002.
