Built a Cargobox with Pics

My wife and I built this cargobox for my 4Runner this past weekend. It has 2 pull out drawers and one big cargo area that is divided into 3 areas. It also has tie downs scavenged from a '90 4Runner and from my '99 and the entire box is bolted to the body using the bolts for the factory tie downs.

I hope this link works, I'm new to this picture posting stuff.

It was extra space that the drawers did not take up, so I made a cubbyhole out of it. I plan on using it to store a chain.

awesome that your wife helped. I showed my wife pics of Jackson's when I first go my truck, and she hates the way they look. It eats up cargo space she says.

She just can't see it as the better utilization it is for some reason.

Wow... a lot of awesome mods being posted this week!

I think the best part of this is that your wife joined you. How awesome is that!?

Yeah, my wife is totally cool and very good at woodworking. She made me work benches for the garage one year for our anniversary. They are much better than anything I could of made!

I'm trying to get my girlfriend into my truck but I'm afraid she'll ask me to return the favor by learning how to knit and crochet

Mine can stand the truck b/c I sold my racecar and the truck is way cheaper than that ever was. I also let her go shopping with her mom.

Not too bad, but very time consuming. Including carpeting I probably have 15 hours or so in it and that's with 2 people. Cost wasn't that bad though, I've got about $175 in it.
