Brush Guard + Tacoma Skid Plate
Well I just recently purchased a 2002 4Runner Millenium Silver Limited edition. The idiot previous owner had a brush guard on it which was pushed into the bumper causing the paint to chip and begin to rust. Until I am able to repaint the bumper I am leaving the guard on so I dont deal with the eye sore.
I know that I have seen someone on here with a Westin style brush guard and the decorative tacoma skid plate. If you can find pictures would you share them. I cannot seem to make my skid plate work with the brush guard.
Thanks,
Luke

i just saw your post. sorry! but yes i have done that exact set up. the tacoma skid plate is slightly longer than the brush guard. my boyfriend had to actually cut off parts of the sides of the skid plate. then just modified holes to screw into the brush guard. i can take some more detailed pics if you need them. but you can see mine from a short distance in my pic
